This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Document") sets forth the terms of exchange of personal information and privacy between seabreeze.az (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and the Website user (the "Subject").
The owner of personal data, the "SEA BREEZE" trademark, and the seabreeze.az domain name (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") is BREEZE HOTEL LLC, a legal entity of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Owner hereby declares that the collection of the subject's personal information, such as first name, last name, middle name, telephone number, or email address, is carried out for the purpose of familiarising potential customers with sales offers and will be used by the Owner or Operator for these purposes.
The posting of personal data by the Subject on the Website is voluntary and is protected by the Owner and Operator from the moment it is provided. By posting personal information on the Website, the Subject consents to the collection, processing, and storage of such information by the Owner or Operator.
Personal information provided by the subject (first name, last name, middle name, telephone number, and email address) is protected by the owner in accordance with Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data." Except as stipulated in Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data," confidential personal information may be disclosed to third parties only with the consent of the subject.
With respect to the personal data resource owned by the owner, the Subject has the right to:
- receive information from the owner or operator about the availability of personal data about them;
- request legal justification for the collection, processing, and transfer to third parties of available personal data about them, and receive information about the legal consequences for the subject of the collection, processing, and transfer to third parties of this data;
- receive information about the content of personal data accumulated about them in the personal data resource;
- know the purpose of collecting and processing personal data about them, the timeframes and methods of processing, and the persons authorised to access their personal data, including information systems that provide for the exchange of information;
- request the amendment or, except in cases established by law, the destruction of any collected personal data about them, and submit a request for the transfer of this data to an archive in accordance with the established procedure;
- request a ban on the collection and processing of personal data about them;
- receive information about the sources of any collected personal data about them and demand proof of the legality of this data;
- request the protection of any collected personal data about them;
- exercise other rights established by the Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Personal data of the subject collected by the owner is stored in the personal data resource created by the owner.
The meanings of the key terms used in this Document correspond to the meanings given in the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data."
By posting personal information on the Website in the appropriate manner, the subject thereby agrees to the terms of this Document.
